- An international financial services and insurance provider brought together three independent, international teams together to create a Global IT Infrastructure.
- After defining their collective Vision, Values & Behaviors, a North American manufacturing company has doubled their commitment to and the amount of resources focused on leadership development across all levels.
- One of our clients was named “Best of Louisville Employers” by Louisville Magazine in 2010.
- For the first time in its 150 year history, an architectural and engineering firm has formed their own Leadership Institute and its inaugural class has begun.
- A community hospital has undertaken a culture change initiative which has significantly increased the engagement of the leadership team across all levels.
- A national insurance and financial service company has benchmarked and demonstrated significant progress in building organizational trust and virtual collaboration across multiple geographic locations.
- A community hospital created a new pay for performance program for all of its employees.
- A newly merged physician practice merged three distinct physician practices into the largest provider in the region and is now assessing moving from not just the biggest but “The Best” provider in the region.
